The recipes of local dishes from all around the world, along with their stories and ingredients will be archived and shared globally through the portal. Furthermore, the famous gastronomy destinations in cities, together with gastronomy producers will be shared in the application for their cultural dissemination. Finally, different gastronomic routes both at local and international scale will be demonstrated.<\/p><p>Gastronomy cities of UCCN as the partners and participants of the project will be able to add their data to the application that will make international partnerships and recognition possible, also allowing them to disseminate the gastronomical heritages of the city. The application will be developed with the cooperation of \u00c7ukurova University, Adana Municipalities, gastronomy related NGOs, Chamber of Commerce; and used by general public and UCCN
