Gastronomy Bazaar

The main objective of the project is to contribute to the economic development of producers in gastronomy sector through improving consumer access to gastronomy services and strengthening the distribution of this services in accordance with the UCCN Mission Statement objectives.

There will be established a bazaar specifically designed for the gastronomy sector. All producers of the gastronomic products with a farm to fork perspective will be supported with the establishment of the market. In the concept, costumers will be able to shop and taste and experience different products from the local producers, while getting to know these values at the same time. The market will be open for seven days in a week.

The project will be developed and actualized with the cooperation of Adana Metropolitan Municipality, local restaurants, food and farm products sellers, farmers, Adana District Municipalities, local producer cooperatives. Thanks to the project, culture of Adana cuisine will be supported in terms of promotion and dissemination. In addition, gastronomic value producers will be supported, and presented to people’s experience.
