Digital Gastronomy Platform

The Project aims to enhance international cooperation within the UCCN, preserve gastronomic traditions and foster cultural dialogue. The platform will feature regional recipes, culinary stories, documentaries and online workshops, while a docuseries will document the gastronomic cultures of UCCN cities to encourage cross-cultural exchange.

Key partners include Adana Metropolitan Municipality, Çukurova University, UCCN cities, local municipalities and NGOs. Collaborative efforts will involve chefs, culinary experts and UCCN cities such as Gaziantep, Hatay and Afyonkarahisar, ensuring inclusivity.

The platform will provide an interactive space for cultural exchange and introduce Adana’s gastronomic culture globally. The Docuseries of UCCN Gastronomy Cities will have at least ten episodes in its first year, highlighting various cities’ culinary practices. The Platform will archive local recipes and stories, while the International Gastronomy Summit will be held annually in Adana, focusing on innovation and sustainability in gastronomy.

These initiatives will increase Adana’s visibility, foster cultural exchange and promote sustainable culinary practices. The platform will provide easy access to gastronomic information, while the docuseries will strengthen international partnerships. The summit will create opportunities for innovation, establishing Adana as a leader in culinary heritage and global cooperation.
